Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Antipsora governing your use of the platform.

Last updated 2 August 2026

1. Who we are

Antipsora (“Antipsora”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated by Dr Santosh Mahanwar, based at Miasma Homoeo Clinic, Shop No. 44, Sarda Central, Beed, Maharashtra, India.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“you”, the “Practitioner”) and us. By creating an account or using the platform you confirm that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not accept them, you may not use the platform.

2. Antipsora is a decision-support tool, not a prescriber

This is the most important term in this agreement. Please read it carefully.

Antipsora is a clinical decision-support tool intended solely to assist qualified homeopathic practitioners with case analysis. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

Remedy suggestions are generated by automated analysis, including large language models, applied to classical homeopathic literature. Such output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a given patient. It is offered as reference material for your consideration only.

Every diagnostic, prescribing and treatment decision remains entirely and exclusively your professional responsibility as the treating practitioner. You must independently verify any suggestion against your own clinical judgment, the source texts, and the individual patient before acting on it.

3. Eligibility

You may use Antipsora only if you:

  • are a qualified homeopathic practitioner, or a student acting under qualified supervision, and are legally permitted to practise in your jurisdiction;
  • are at least 18 years of age and able to enter a binding contract;
  • provide accurate registration details and keep them current; and
  • hold the necessary consents from your patients to process their health information using a third-party tool (see clause 5).

Antipsora is not intended for, and may not be used by, patients or members of the public for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.

4. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of the Google account used to access it. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared. Tell us promptly at genuinepracticalhomoeopathy@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5. Patient data and your responsibilities

When you enter case information you are supplying personal and health data concerning your patients. In relation to that data you act as the Data Fiduciary and we act as a Data Processor operating on your instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you have obtained the consent required under applicable law before entering any patient's health information into the platform;
  • your patients are informed that their case details will be processed by an automated analysis service, including third-party language-model providers, as described in our Privacy Policy;
  • you comply with all professional, ethical and confidentiality obligations that apply to your practice; and
  • you do not enter more identifying information about a patient than is necessary for the analysis.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of professional regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or its underlying infrastructure;
  • copy, scrape, resell, sublicense or redistribute the platform, its output, or its underlying corpus;
  • reverse-engineer the platform or use it to train or develop a competing service; or
  • upload malicious code, or content that infringes the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. Subscriptions, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card details. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout, and we may change pricing prospectively on reasonable notice.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its interface, and its compiled reference corpus remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the case data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you and as described in the Privacy Policy.

The classical homeopathic texts referenced by the platform remain subject to their own copyright status, where applicable.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may carry out maintenance that temporarily limits access.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or clinical suitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any patient outcome, clinical decision, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms, your clinical decisions, or your failure to obtain the patient consents described in clause 5.

12. Termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the platform ends; clauses which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will notify you and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the platform. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Beed, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to genuinepracticalhomoeopathy@gmail.com, or by post to Dr Santosh Mahanwar, Miasma Homoeo Clinic, Shop No. 44, Sarda Central, Beed, Maharashtra, India.
